Current EAD was supposed to expire in Feb so applied 100 days ahead for renewal. To my surprise application got approved in 10 days:D. Hope they've given for 2 years and starting from expiry date of current one....

Hi everyone,

Here is my situation and I need URGENT help.

I am currently on L1-A for past 7 years (Visa expires Nov 07). During this span my company's attorney has unsuccessfully filed my I140 (twice was rejected at NSC and later TSC - due to 3 year degree and also my job description prior to transfer to US did not showed I have managerial/management function of a department). He refiled again this time with proper documentation and additional support letters from senior exec from my company.

I suspect he has been making mistakes in my filing and my time is running out. I am thinking of using my own money and hire another lawyer to file a fresh I140/485. Is this possible since I have already 2 pending I140; one at NSC under EB-1C and another at TSC under EB-3?

Please reply urgently if anyone has the answer to my question as I am running out of time.

Can someone please tell me on how to reach the customer service personal? What are the options to press after 1-800-375-5283.

I received a Biometric Apt. through my attorney a month back and I appeared for the apt. The time was coincided with my move so it went to attorney and didnt come to my address.

Now I received another notice dated one month later than the first one. So I want to talk to them and findout if it necessary to appear again.

Can I count part time experience obtained before my Bachelors degree for an EB2 petition?

I have 2.5 years of part time experience, can we use this and apply with MBA+1 requirements?

Fancy meeting you here, dohko! The experience at half time can be counted to be 1/2 time itself - i.e. 2 years under 20 hrs./week = 1 yr. full time.
Your experience however has to be obtained AFTER your Bachelor's degree.

Hi!

I need to know when can I fly back to US on my H4 visa(valid till 2011 ).
My husband has joined a new job and his H1 B transfer has been filed .
Do I have to wait for new I 797 or Can I just travel on my old H4 visa and
visa transfer receipt notice .( he is filing the H1 transfer by premium processing ) .
His new employer is suggesting me to reenter on old h4 and before my husband
joins their company .
But for me that will be very soon ( not fulfilling the purpose of my visit ).
Any help is much appreciated.:confused:
